The freshly renovated Judson Park Bistro provides casual, elevated service to its residents. This convenient grab and go model features nutritious menu options freshly prepared in equipment specified to ensure the health and safety of Judson Park guests.

The kitchen is outfitted with an impressively modular and ventless lineup including TurboChef countertop ovens, Hatco heat lamps, heated shelving as well as BSI heat lamps for food merchandising. For a quick refreshment, guests can reach for snacks and drinks from Structural Concepts and True refrigeration.

Opened in November 2020, providing food service during the height of the coronavirus pandemic provided an additional layer of challenges to the operator. The kitchen was designed by Scopos Hospitality with Horizon millwork to create simplified and safe service for all.
