Singer’s installation of new china, glassware and flatware at 1906, the fine dining restaurant at Longwood Gardens, won 1^st place in the onsite dining category of Foodservice Equipment & Supplies annual Performance in Tabletop competition. Longwood’s new look ties in beautifully with the garden theme of the restaurant and its fresh seasonal fare which focuses on locally sourced and sustainable ingredients. Congratulations to 1906 and to Alan Bennett, their Singer sales representative. The restaurant will be featured in the March issue of Foodservice Equipment & Supplies.
