Achieve quicker cook times and consistent results with confection ovens. By circulating dry heat with a fan, food is cooked more evenly. Fans can be single or two-speed with varying horsepower’s. Ideal for baking and roasting, convection ovens have a temperature range of 150 to 500 degrees and are available in both gas and electric models. A variety of size options are available from a smaller half-size units to double stacked to full-size. Featuring stainless steel construction, convection oven doors can be dependent or independent with or without windows. Depending on your operations demand, light-duty, standard and heavy-duty models are available.
