It’s with great sadness that we say goodbye to a legendary icon in New York City hospitality.
Untitled opened inside its current location at the Whitney Museum in 2015, with their kitchen supplied by the team at Singer M. Tucker.
The Union Square Hospitality Group restaurant was designed to change the game of museum eating in a comfortable, elevated setting where tourists and New Yorkers alike could watch chefs prepare their food from a sweeping open kitchen layout that stretched the length of the entire restaurant.
As with any USHG establishment, the hospitality was always impeccable. Food seasonal and delicious, arrived on Steelite dinnerware designed in New York City by LMT Provisions.
It has been a privilege and an honor to work alongside USHG to supply Untitled through its inception.
The loss of Untitled leaves a hole in the heart of New York's restaurant industry.
It will be sorely missed, by all of us.
