Originally built to be a 3 story tall auditorium and dance hall, the building was converted into a cafeteria dining hall in the 1970’s. This latest renovation unifies the 9′ tall kitchen/servery/bakery areas with the above dining wings on both sides into an open dining concept. The new building featuring 18′ high ceilings, serveries across the entire room and large custom tables the seats up to 20 students instead of 4 or 6.
