Fire & Grain at Hershey Park in Pennsylvania

Tabletop and equipment specified by Singer Equipment Company

Specifying team: Rick Snyder, Jacqueline Leifholt, Cara Walter, Sarah Bulmer

Dining at Fire & Grain is guaranteed to be memorable, just what you’d expect of an experience at Hershey Park.

The tabletop is reminiscent of lodge dining, with pops of color throughout to create a playful vignette in the dining room.

A large volume operation requires durable dinnerware made for the rigors of hospitality. That’s why the team at Hershey selected Steelite’s Performance china, with Craft White as their main workhorse ware. To accent the reactively glazed whiteware, World Tableware’s two-toned Coos Bay bakers in orange and yellow add a bright element of surprise the moment they’re dropped on the table. Lodge cast iron minis and wood accents and underliners further elevate the coziness of Fire & Grain while adding rustic authenticity.

The glassware selected for this space is streamlined, efficient and reliable from Libbey, including a signature pint glass sporting the restaurant’s logo.

Appropriately, the tabletop is sealed with a kiss; each setting is marked with a Craft Red share plate.  Singer Equipment Company introduced the bright red colorway to the US market, on behalf of Steelite International.
