Southbend P36-NFR Infrared Salamander Broiler

Salamander broilers add high-volume broiling in a small space. Salamanders can be mounted above an existing range, on a wall, or used as countertop units. Infrared and radiant models are available. Southbend Broilers combine speed, efficiency, and output in a broiler that just won’t quit. Southbend salamander broilers have a large cooking surface and dual controls to save on energy costs.
