REVOL’s Caractère 11” Dinner Plate – part of the Caractère range designed by Noé Duchaufour-Lawrence, experiments with height and simple shapes to create a simple yet attractive presentation. Inspired by the imperfections found when working with living materials, the unique pieces evoke a calm and natural feeling. Duchaufour-Lawrance produced the Caractère line by combining art and the technical orchestration of an industry working on behalf of the user. The meticulous details – the line thickness on the rim and the delicate lip – were planned and purposeful to give the presentation an artistic finish.
