The Drop-In Modular/Ganged Hot Food Well HWBI-2 from Hatco is an insulated full-sized steam well, grouped together in a modular fashion with better quality construction, which keeps hot foods at more accurate temperatures for longer periods of time. They are full-sized wells, grouped together in a modular fashion to provide customers with a complete steam table contained within one piece of equipment. This means easy installation with a clean integrated look for your steam table.

Each well has its own individual thermostatic control for temperature regulation.
50% larger drain with flat screen simplifies cleaning and holds pans level.
Includes a separate lighted On/Off rocker switch and temperature dial.
