They feature a compact 21" (533mm) footprint and ventless operation, eliminating the need for an exhaust hood. Our countertop models are the perfect solution for increasing production anywhere you are tight on space. Measures 28-1/2" x 21" x 37-1/8" and has a capacity of 2 Half Sheet Size Pans (18" x 13" x 1") or 2 GN 2/3 Pans (354mm x 325mm x 25mm).
