At Singer Equipment , we are doing everything in our power to protect your financial security. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. In the unlikely event that you are subject to fraudulent billing as a result of shopping at Singer Equipment , we will cover your liability up to $50. This applies ONLY if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own while using the Singer Equipment secure server. You must always notify your credit card provider in accordance with their reporting rules and procedures.  While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also protect user information offline. All of our customer information is restricted within our offices. Only employees who need it to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. ALL Singer Equipment employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Each quarter, as well as any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and reminded about the importance we place on privacy, as well as what they can do to ensure our customers' information is protected.
