The Singer family of companies sent 170 team members to Orlando to attend the NAFEM Show in early February. Held every two years, the show highlights upcoming trends and introduces hundreds of new foodservice products. After a group meeting the first morning, Singer attendees walked the show for three days—training, learning and networking.
