Meet Our Team
Todd Schaeffer
As General Manager and Vice President of Singer Ashland, Todd ensures smooth and efficient operations across the division. Todd had previously served as the VP of Operations for Singer Ashland and has been an integral part of the division’s growth for nearly twenty years overseeing the Estimating, Purchasing and CADD Departments throughout his tenure. A former chain owner-operator himself, his extensive personal experience vets detailed assessment of construction based projects with integrated foodservice workflow.
Natalie White
As the Marketing and Sales Coordinator of Singer Ashland, Natalie focuses on estimating and business development in both the home division and across the enterprise. Over the last three years, she has played an integral role in the process improvement of the division. Natalie was a main contributor in development of QuickBase, Singer Ashland’s customer relationship management software. Her primary focus is finding new business opportunities in the hospitality industry by generating new leads and nurturing existing and new client relationships. Natalie started at Singer Ashland as a summer intern and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Public Relations from James Madison University.
Adam Renaldo
As Vice President of Finance, Adam is responsible for the Financial and Strategic Leadership and oversight of all of the company’s Contract Business, including accounting, finance, budgets and strategic planning. His career spans over 25 years of varied experience in accounting, financial management, business leadership and corporate strategy. With experience in multiple areas of the construction industry including budgeting, project management and accounting, Adam adds value across many facets of the organization. Adam is an expert in internal strategic partnerships, planned growth & expansion and logistics.
