If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with any products you receive from us, contact our Customer Service department within 30 days of receipt and follow our merchandise return procedure. Unless an item is defective, the return must be in resalable condition and subject to inspection for damage or misuse prior to issuance of a credit or refund. Custom manufactured, special orders and used items are not returnable.
