We offer free delivery within a 100-mile radius of Elverson, PA for supply orders over $300. (Heavy equipment carries an additional delivery charge, with the option of having trained drivers uncrate, assemble, set the equipment in place, and take away the trash.) Orders may be placed up to 4:00pm for next-scheduled-day delivery.
For locations outside of our trading area, stock orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of the order. Merchandise that is shipped to you via UPS or commercial carrier becomes your property when it is picked up at the shipping point by the carrier. The carrier accepts responsibility for its safe arrival to your location. Before signing the delivery receipt, inspect for any shortage or damage, and note any irregularities on the delivery receipt freight bill. Save the shipping carton. If the merchandise is damaged in transit, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. We will be glad to assist you if you need help in doing so. Do not return damaged items to Singer Equipment Company since they cannot be accepted without authorization.
Although we stock over 10,000 items, we realize you may want something we don't stock. In that case, we will research the product and may be able to special order it for you.
