Singer is my only source for kitchen equipment, chemicals, my entire table top package and paper/sundry items. Leading a successful fine dining restaurant requires vendors that do what I do: provide a consistent product and experience, competitively priced, from only the highest quality suppliers. Singer has provided this level of service to us for over 15 years. They are, in my opinion, the perfect-size supplier--large enough to have buying power that they pass on to me yet small enough to provide me with the personal service I like and often times need. As busy as my days are, I need “one and done” vendors--one phone call or e-mail and I know Singer will run with it until delivery is complete to our satisfaction. My recent delivery of a large double convention oven epitomized the Singer experience: pre-deliver inspection to ensure our historic building and its inherent pinch points would allow for removal/installation, followed by on-time arrival of three installers who not only completed the job in less time than expected but interfaced with other tradesmen on-site in a respectful and professional manner. For the fourth year in a row, Singer has been ranked in the Top 50 businesses of Berks County. The annual list recognizes companies with the greatest increase in revenue growth. Based on the past three years of sales growth, we were ranked at number 15 for 2009, up three spots from last year. In the current economic climate, we are especially proud of this achievement.

Brian Morehead, Vice President of Chain Equipment Sales, has been named DSR of the month by FES magazine. He received this national recognition for his hard work and perseverance in building our chain equipment sales to over $8 million.
